Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using https://www.uppercutsbutchery.co.nz (“the Site”) operated by Uppercuts Butchery Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at https://www.uppercutsbutchery.co.nz

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Refund/Return Policy

If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has not been delivered and you’re not happy with your order please contact us at info@uppercutsbutchery.co.nz or on 03 236 0288. You must notify Uppercuts Butchery via phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery being made. We may not be able to refund any consumed or disposed of items. It may take up to 3 days to process a credit to your nominated account. Unfortunately we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.

If Uppercuts Butchery asks you to ship back the goods please use the address provided below.

Please pack the item/items securely in the polybox your meat was delivered in. All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit.

We do our best to deliver within the times given but as we use an independent company to ship our goods there can be unexpected delays, if you have any issues with your order please contact us.

If for unforeseen circumstances we are unable to supply product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You can either select another product at the same value or we can issue a credit on the item.

Credit Card Payments

Payments are processed through the Paymark system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the Paymark System. No credit card information is stored by Uppercuts Butchery.

Payments must be received prior to orders being shipped. If you would like to query the charges to your credit card please phone us on 03 236 0288 or email info@uppercutsbutchery.co.nz


Uppercuts Butchery reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are GST inclusive and are displayed and processed in New Zealand Dollars.

Cancellation Policy

Due to meat being a perishable product we are unable to accept cancellations or make amendments on delivery day.

If you wish to make changes to your order you can amend your order up until 7am the day of collection.

Please email orders@uppercutsbutchery.co.nz if you wish to cancel an order.

Providing an urban address is your liability.

It can take 3-5 working days to be delivered. If it spoils in that time frame it is not our responsibility so we won’t be refunding or replacing it.
